Fatty Mc Fat Pants

So I worked out today for about 20 minutes, and this is how I felt.

20 MINUTES!

Now that's really sad. BUT, it's starting somewhere right?

think positive, girl! you can do this! focus more on the fact that you worked out at all rather than focusing on how long you worked out for. remember: slow and steady wins the race!
